Scholarship Awards

An annual $4,000 scholarship is awarded by the Kiwanis Club of LBI to the most outstanding, all-around graduating senior from Southern Regional High School, selected by the SRHS Scholarship Selection Committee.  Monies will be dispersed at $1,000 annually for four consecutive years. In addition, Key Club Scholarships totaling $1,500 are awarded annually to 3 graduating seniors of SRHS who are active members of our sponsored Key Club.  These scholarships honor 3 past Club Presidents, who are also charter members: John Kamasch, Ed Toriello and Randy Waterfield.  The Kiwanis LBI Scholarship Chairperson and Key Club faculty advisor determine the recipients based on the students’ participation in Key Club activities, community service, leadership skills and scholastic achievement.
