 Good Citizenship Awards

Every year the Kiwanis Club of LBI proudly recognizes
a student from Beach Haven Elementary, Stafford Intermediate
and Long Beach Grade Schools who has been selected for exemplifying qualities of a model citizen.   Each student is given a certificate and a $50 gift card.





Happy Feet Sock Project

A new pair of socks is the most sought after item among homeless in the U.S.  Kiwanis LBI club collects new socks for men, women & children, infants from June 1 – December 3 at various locations throughout LBI/Manahawkin . Monetary donations can be made payable and sent to Kiwanis LBI PO Box 174, Ship Bottom, NJ. For more information call Faith Dixon 609-405-2834 Project runs from June 1 thru December 2. Socks are distributed to Veterans, Homeless, Needy Families, Abused Mothers and Children & members of Military on active duty & Hope for Liberia

Flea Market
July 6, 2017 (Raindate: July 7)
People flock to the over 60 vendors who gather at the boat ramp at Shore Ave and West 11th Street in Ship Bottom, looking for bargains.  The Flea Market is open from 8 AM to 4 PM.  Monies collected by the Kiwanis Club of LBI go to support our scholarships and projects.

50/50 Raffle

2017 This annual fundraiser is well received by the community.  There are only 350 tickets sold.  Each ticket cost $100 - friends have been known to share the cost and split the winnings. Nine cash prizes awarded – Nine chances to WIN!  All monies received by the Kiwanis Club ofLBI will beused to help fund our scholarships and projects.  You need not be present to win!
