“Changing the world, one child and one community at a time.”
Key Club is the high school organization sponsored by Kiwanis International. Key Club assists Kiwanis in its mission to serve the children of the world. High school student members of Key Club perform acts of service in their communities, such as collecting clothing and organizing food drives. They also learn leadership skill by running meetings, planning projects and holding elected leadership positions at the club, district and international levels. The Kiwanis Club of LBI supports Key Clubs at Southern Regional High School and at Marine Academy of Technology and Environmental Sciences MATES. Together we are building the next generation of community leaders.
With your help we are able to provide college scholarships to some of the graduating seniors.
Builders Club is an international student-led organization that provides members with opportunities to perform service, build character and develop leadership through service to others. Kiwanis Club of LBI proudly sponsors Builders Clubs at Southern Regional Middle School and All Saints Elementary School.
K-Kids clubs provide elementary school students with their first opportunity to learn about organizing projects that help others by assisting the elderly, raising funds for sports equipment or organizing community food drives. In big and small ways, they’re changing the world around them, and in the process they, too, are significantly changed.
The Kiwanis Club of LBI is currently in the process of sponsoring a K-Kid Club at the Frog Pond Elementary School in Little Egg Harbor.
