Rental Agreement and General Release

RENTAL AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (Terms and Conditions) LONG BEACH ISLAND KIWANIS FLEA MARKET RULES

1. The Kiwanis Club of Long Beach Island hereby leases a portion of property to the LESSEE, for a business described as Kiwanis Flea Market Map
2. It is understood and agreed that the LESSOR is leasing the above premises only and is providing no services other than the use of the premises.
3. The LESSEE shall be responsible for all security and all cleanup of the premises above detailed. 4. The LESSEE, by accepting this lease through payment, hereby agrees that it will provide the LESSOR a certificate of insurance naming the Kiwanis Club of Long Beach Island as certificate holder.
5. Should the event be cancelled for any reason, the LESSOR'S liability is limited to return of the payment noted herein.
6. Illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
7. The LESSEE agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless Kiwanis International and the Kiwanis Club of Long Beach Island, a Kiwanis Club, from and against all losses, claims, suits or other legal liability and legal expense of any nature imposed upon or brought against them by reason of any act or omission of the vender or its agent or employees in the course of providing the services of a vender that are the subject of this contract.
8. I agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations established by the LESSOR. The parties agree to the above terms.
